WHAT ARE VINTAGE SPECIALTY RENTALS?

We  at Faccia Fresca Vintage are a niche boutique rental company for weddings, special events, parties, corporate functions, photo shoots, staging, or set design. We offer our clients unique vintage pieces with a touch of modern vintage and old world elegance. We are always on the hunt for vintage items to create customize memorable events.

 I lOVE YOUR GOODIES.. NOW WHAT?

We recommend before reaching out for our services that you first have a few things locked down.  Top three things are a date,  venue and a rental budget.    Once those details are firmed up, there are a few ways to get a rental proposal started for your event.  You can start by making a wish list from our website or give us a call to start a conversation. Most of our inventory is available to view on the website. Each  inventory piece is named.   Once you have determined which items you are considering, we provide a detailed quote within a 72 hour turn around time. This quote includes all fees including delivery.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY GOODIES ?

To reserve any items for your event, we require a non-refundable 50% retainer and a signed contract. In addition we require to hold a cc on file.  It is best to reserve your items as soon as possible to ensure you have your special items. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

All of the inventory is priced individually. We also offer packages for grouped items such as lounge rentals.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?

Yes, for wedding and event rentals, we have a $350 minimum order requirement. This does not include delivery charges.

DO YOU DELIVER AND HOW FAR?

We deliver to your venue including inventory placement for larger  items and pickup. This is based on distance to and from your venue to our storage facility, travel, labor and any additional costs our company will incur for your delivery.  Additional fees may apply individual heavier pieces and difficulty of logistics regarding venue such as stairs,  transporting long distances on foot, etc. We generally stick to the DC DMV area. 90 miles is considered out of town and may require additional delivery fees and would require a $750 minimum rental amount.

DO YOU OFFER HOURLY PROP RENTAL?

No, our items are priced for daily rental at this time.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT?

Yes, you may change your order up to 90 days out from an event.  After the 90 day mark,  you may exchange pieces of equal or greater value or may add inventory to your total order if its available. Additional deposit amount may apply.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand things come up making you unable to follow through with your rental contract. We honor full refunds if you decide to cancel at least 90 days before your event. If within 90 days, we retain the full deposit (50% of the order amount). If order is canceled within two weeks of the scheduled delivery date, we retain the full order amount.

 ITS BROKEN, NOW WHAT?

Well we understand accidents happen and most of the time it was the guy over there who drank one too many Moscow Mules…  For our tabletop service items, we require clients to accept a damage waiver of 10%. Tabletop items  damaged will be assessed a fee of three to five times the rental rate. For our furniture and non-tabletop items, we first try to fix and clean ourselves. If the item is beyond repair and needs to be removed from inventory, we will assess the value at three to five times the rental rate or the actual replacement cost. If the item is fixable, the client will be liable for the repair cost.

IF I DON’T WANT DELIVERY, CAN I JUST PICK UP MY ITEMS MYSELF?

We allow pick up for our smaller items and props such as textiles, chalkboards, candlesticks, smaller tables etc. This requires the use of your own covered vehicle. Faccia Fresca Vintage is happy to help with determining if the size of the vehicle is appropriate for your order.  For our larger furniture pieces and breakables, it is up to our discretion to allow for personal transport.  Because our pieces are vintage they are usually delicate and best handled by our trained staff.
